What is the best way to receive a quote?

The best way to get a quote is to email [email protected]. A representative will contact you and further discuss questions regarding your quote. Be sure to include any artwork or mock ups you may have, the type, color, and size of garment you are looking to print on as well as the total quantity per design.

Can I rush my order?

We may have rush options available based on the number of business days given to produce as well as the size of the order. Please contact your rep for exact rush options and availability.

I need help with my artwork, can you help us?

Basic edits and layouts are included in our price and are typical of over 99% of our orders. If you have any doubt or questions just call or email us at [email protected].

What is the standard turnaround time for apparel orders?

Screen Print – 10-14 Days Standard with Rush Options Available
Embroidery – 7-12 Days Standard with Rush Options Available
DTG Printing – 5-10 Days Standard with Rush Options Available
Water-based Transfers – 7-12 Days Standard with Rush Options Available

What inks do you offer for Screen Printing?

We offer a wide range and selection of various screen printing inks including eco-friendly and phtalate free inks. A full list can be found on our specialty screen printing inks page.

What is your maximum print size for screen printing?

Max dimensions are limited based on your image location and the garment sizes in your order.

The standard printing press pallet can accommodate 15″ wide by 23″ tall and our jumbo pallets are 20″ wide by 28″ tall. However, the garment can further restrict the available print area based on the smallest size shirt in your order.

With full production order

We can produce you a sample of each design for free or a small fee with a placed production order depending on the locations, design, and number of units. Your account rep will confirm the cost to produce. (Additional time required)

Prior to placing a production order

We can produce a fully decorated sample prior to placing a production order. This method tends to cost a lot more initially since all of the preparation and set up work would be the same whether we are producing 1 piece or 10,000 pieces. We would be able to refund or credit you all or a portion of your sample costs depending on the final production quantities to follow.
