Why don't you offer screen print or DTG on visors?

Structured visor panels do not take screen print or Direct-to-Garment cleanly — those are flat-panel, body-of-garment methods built for tees and hoodies. For visors we use embroidery, 3D puff, chain-stitch, chenille and woven patches, and water-based transfers. Embroidery gives a premium dimensional finish for logos and wordmarks; water-based transfers handle full-color and photographic designs on the front panel.

What quantities do you recommend for golf events and promotions?

For golf outings, outdoor events, and conference swag, we typically recommend ordering 10-15% more than your confirmed attendee count. There is no minimum order requirement. Most corporate events order between 50-500 visors. We offer volume discounts and can accommodate bulk orders. Contact us for a quote based on your quantity and decoration method.

How do visors fit? Are they one-size-fits-all?

Most of our visors feature adjustable snapback closures that accommodate head sizes from approximately 21" to 24" in circumference. Youth sizes are available for some styles. This one-size-fits-most design simplifies inventory for corporate buyers. If you need specific sizing, mention it in your quote request and we can source appropriate options.
