Embroidery thread weight, patch backing, chain-stitch density, puff-embroidery height, transfer adhesion, and foil-print bond are all dialed in for daily-wear durability through round-of-golf, course-side, and corporate-event use.

Can you decorate the waterproof shell on the rain jackets and bucket hat?

Yes. We use the appropriate decoration method matched to the waterproof shell โ€” heat-pressed transfers, foil printing, and embroidery with sealed thread paths all work cleanly on waterproof shells without compromising the water-repellent performance. We avoid puncture-heavy patch attachment on waterproof panels.

Why don't you offer screen-print or DTG on Primaloft-insulated and waterproof shells?

Primaloft-insulated quilted shells and waterproof shells don't take plastisol screen-print or DTG cleanly because the quilted baffle pattern interferes with even ink lay-down and the waterproof coating resists DTG absorption. For Zero Restriction chest-front decoration we use embroidery, custom woven and chenille patches, chain-stitch wordmarks, puff embroidery, heat-pressed transfers, and foil printing โ€” all tested on the specific Zero Restriction silhouette and fabric.

Is there a minimum order for Zero Restriction?

Low minimums on every project. Custom patches, puff embroidery, heat-pressed transfers, and foil printing are most cost-effective at volume. Standard production is 10-14 business days after proof approval; rush production is available for tight tournament-day, corporate-event, and capsule-release deadlines.
