We offer the traditional electrostatic method of flocking using eco-friendly water-based adhesives. Flock printing can add a new dimension to your materials. Tiny particles of fiber are applied to a material with an adhesive, adding a suede-like or velvet texture to the surface. We color the fiber according to your designs, and you end up with products that stand out from the rest.

Puff Printing

We can literally make your design stand out with a bright, opaque appearance and a unique, embossed texture. Puff printing looks best with large designs and wide curves, though we can also do text and mix it with other kinds of printing. DTLA Print stocks the a large and unique section of textile screen printing foils for the creative industries. Our foils include the standard gold and silver foils but range to holographic and iridescent foils as well. We have over 150+ different foils including custom patterns, (available with 2k linear yard order) and a few pre-designed patterns included below. We use a waterbased adhesive which lays a thin layer of adhesive compared to the thick foil printing normally found on the markets.

Is there a color limit with screen printing?

It depends on the specific service you’re interested in. For most of our screen printing techniques we offer up to 9 colors. If your project needs more, water based transfer or dtg printing might be right for you.

Are there set up fees with screen printing?

There are no additional set up fees in our prices, everything in is included.

Are screen printing screens saved?

Yes, we save screens at our headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles. This means if you reorder you might not need to have a screen remade.

Are screen printing samples available prior to a production run?

Yes, we do offer samples as well as pre-production samples prior to placing a full production run and we highly recommend ordering them.

Is it possible to have labels screen printed?

If you’re looking for a simple label, we can put a small screen print on the back of your garments neck. If you’re looking to have detailed tags made, custom woven labels might be for you.
