The Nano-Air Light Hybrid Hoody is made for cool-weather objectives where you’re working hard. With 40 grams of FullRange insulation, a flyweight shell and lining fabric, and technical R1 Air knit paneling for warm, stretchy, exceptionally breathable performance during high-exertion, high-elevation activities. Made in a Fair Trade Certified factory.
Features:
- Air-permeable, light yet durable 100% recycled polyester shadow ripstop shell and lining offer generous stretch and outstanding breathability, with a PFC-free DWR finish (durable water repellent coating that does not contain perfluorinated chemicals) to shed light moisture
- 40 grams of FullRange insulation is warm and stretchy; combined with the shell and lining, this provides excellent mobility and air permeability
- R1 Air fleece panels on the upper and lower back, sides and under the arms add ventilation while wearing a pack, and are made of 100% recycled polyester hollow-core yarns in a unique zigzag pattern that wicks moisture, dries fast and is highly breathable
- Stretchy hood and soft binding for easy on-off, even when jacket is zipped; minimal center-front zipper has a low-profile zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort
- Two low-profile handwarmer pockets with invisible zippers work comfortably with a harness or a pack
- Sleek, partially elasticated cuffs are patterned for minimal water absorption and seal in warmth
- Made in a Fair Trade Certified factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labor
Patagonia requires we let them know who the end user (your customer) company is on every project we work together, and each one is approved on a per-order basis. We suggest sending in the end user along with their website for pre-approval before pitching the brand to your customer.
We reserve the right to reject orders that do not meet the 6-piece minimum per style and color (exceptions may apply for men’s and women’s companion styles per color).

Clear file prep keeps production accurate and on schedule.
Send well-prepared design and we can review it faster, match the right decoration method, and move your order into production with fewer revisions.
Accepted files
AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, TIFF, and PNG files are accepted for review.
Preferred setup
Raster design should be 300 DPI at size, and editable vector files are preferred when available.
Text handling
Convert all text to outlines before sending final production files.
Transparent art
Where applicable, provide design on a transparent background and scaled to final size or larger.
Color & placement expectations
- Because decoration is applied across different garments, fabrics, and dye lots, PMS matching can vary by roughly 3 to 5 percent.
- Graphic placement can vary by up to 1/4 inch in each direction as part of normal production tolerance.
Production notes
- Sample machines and bulk production machines can apply different pressure, which may create small color differences from approved sample to final run.
- If your design includes delicate effects or fine detail, our team may recommend minor adjustments for the cleanest possible result.

- Embroidery, screen print, DTG, patches, and transfers each have different size limits, color allowances, and file-prep requirements.
