A technical fleece for the coldest alpine objectives, the R1 Thermal Jacket is built to protect you from the elements and keep you warm while on the move. The interior microgrid backing is soft, warm and breathable, and the smooth, durable face fabric sheds wind or snow flurries when the weather rolls in. Smooth, durable outer face fabric sheds light snow and wind, and a soft microgrid-fleece backing wicks moisture to keep you warm and comfortable while moving in cold conditions. Breathable, articulated and ultra-stretchy 91% recycled polyester Technostretch fabric provides unrestricted movement in the mountains.

Features:

Full center-front zip with a soft kissing-welt zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort allows for venting or warmth in variable conditions.
Off-shoulder seams sit comfortably under pack straps.
One zippered left-chest pocket holds small essentials, and two low-bulk, zippered handwarmer pockets lie flat under a harness or a pack waistbelt.
Low-profile, cleanly finished cuffs offer plenty of stretch if they need to be pushed up on the forearms when you’re working hard, or working the stove.
Made in a Fair Trade Certified factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labor.

Design approval

Clear file prep keeps production accurate and on schedule.

Send well-prepared design and we can review it faster, match the right decoration method, and move your order into production with fewer revisions.

Accepted files

AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, TIFF, and PNG files are accepted for review.

Preferred setup

Raster design should be 300 DPI at size, and editable vector files are preferred when available.

Text handling

Convert all text to outlines before sending final production files.

Transparent art

Where applicable, provide design on a transparent background and scaled to final size or larger.

Color & placement expectations

Because decoration is applied across different garments, fabrics, and dye lots, PMS matching can vary by roughly 3 to 5 percent.
Graphic placement can vary by up to 1/4 inch in each direction as part of normal production tolerance.

Production notes

Sample machines and bulk production machines can apply different pressure, which may create small color differences from approved sample to final run.
If your design includes delicate effects or fine detail, our team may recommend minor adjustments for the cleanest possible result.

Decoration-specific specs

Embroidery, screen print, DTG, patches, and transfers each have different size limits, color allowances, and file-prep requirements.
